what if i'm not sure which service is right for me

We can figure this out together! When we chat on the discovery call, I will ask specific questions to determine your business' goals and needs. It will also depend on what your budget and preferred timeline look like. In the end, every business is unique, so our goal is that the service/package we put together will best fit your business no matter where you are in your journey. 

Can I get just a few logo designs?

In the nicest way, no. 
Comprehensive brand identities are much more than a few logos. They are in-depth strategy and cohesive visuals that work together to tell your brand's story. This often includes numerous logo variations, textures/patterns, typography, colors, and more.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We understand that branding is an investment and we want everyone to feel comfortable when going through the process. Payment for services is submitted through an electronic invoice you will receive during our onboarding process. All projects require a deposit to secure your spot on our calendar, with the remaining balance billed across the duration of the project in 2-3 increments, depending on the service + package chosen.

Which web platforms do you design on?

All of our websites are built exclusively on the Showit platform. Showit is extremely user friendly, which allows you to make small changes over time without the need for code or hiring a developer. In my opinion, it is perfect for service providers to have flexibility as you grow while also giving brand + web designers (like me!) full freedom to create digital homes that truly reflect your brand.

To streamline my processes and focus my expertise, I do not offer my services on any other web development platforms. If you have any questions about Showit or how we can transfer your current site, I'd love to chat about it!

What files will i receive?

All the files!!! You will receive everything you need to be successful in sharing your brand with the world. This includes all PDF presentations, video recordings, every version of your logo, icons, and textures/patterns in every color applicable and in every file type necessary for print and web usage. Social media launch graphics will be provided as an editable template within Canva.
