After inquiring, we'll schedule a Discovery Call where we can get to know one another and chat about all the dreams you have for your brand! I'll ask you questions, you ask me questions... (obvi - you know how conversations work). From here, we'll get a more detailed idea of how we can best work together!

If everyone decides that we're a good fit, we'll get to the fun part. At this point, we'll get you all set up in our Client Portal, and assign some homework. Don't worry! This homework is actually pretty exciting. You'll dive deep into your brand: your why, your vision, your goals. Then, with your insights, we'll start researching to develop a strategy that will help us design a brand that reflects the story of you & inspires deep, lasting connections with your dream audience.

Now for the pretty stuff! After we've developed an in-depth and intentional brand strategy, we will start designing your branding elements and web design. Our goal is for you to be absolutely in love with your new brand. To achieve this, we will stay in frequent contact to share what we've created, get your feedback, and make refinements as necessary so that you end up with the brand & website of your dreams.

Alexandra did an excellent job absorbing all of our descriptive feedback and turning it into visuals — not an easy task to do! When she realized that some of our stakeholders would be detailed and hands-on with their input, and that they responded best to visual examples, she adjusted to take on an approach that was very helpful for us in both receiving and providing the information. Going through this process made us think of all the different aspects of how we present our brand publicly, and so it was helpful beyond just the logo design aspect.

Payment for services is submitted through an electronic invoice you will receive during our onboarding process. All projects require a deposit to secure your spot on our calendar, with the remaining balance billed across the duration of the project in 2-3 increments, depending on the service + package chosen.

To streamline my processes and focus my expertise, I do not offer my services on any other web development platforms. If you have any questions about Showit or how we can transfer your current site, I'd love to chat about it!
